Dan Mayer owner of Mayer Saddlery specifically designed these pads to match the dimensions of a Mayer-made saddle, but they're compatible with most western work saddles.

The depth of our saddle pads is designed for both rider comfort (avoiding excessive splaying of the rider's legs due to thickness) and doing the best possible job to avoid pressure points on your horse.

Please note that the natural variations in leather may result in slight differences in shade and texture. Each piece is unique, with its character shaped by the specific side of leather we use.

Important: Wool is a natural material that can attract rodents if left in accessible areas. To preserve the integrity of your saddle pad, please store it in a secure, sealed location when not in use.
